We use Stripe as our payment processor – you can pay with a credit or debit card.
Definitely! Just complete the form on our contact page and we will cancel your subscription.
5 users are included in all plans. Extra users are $10 plus GST per month each.
There is no lock in for your subscription, so there is no refund for month-to-month subscriptions.
If you start your first subscription as an annual subscription, up until 3 months you may be refunded any unused funds based on our normal monthly subscription rate minus any admin/payment processor fees.
For example, if you paid 10 months instead of 12 months as part of annual pricing, and requested a refund after 2 months then you would be refunded 8 months of the standard monthly subscription.
Many of the functions can be embedded in your existing website, or you can integrate using a webhook or API function.
There are also third party platforms like Zapier, Make and Pabbly, to simplify API connections with 1000’s of apps.
Should you need a custom integration then please reach out to discuss feasability.
FocalContact integrates with third party providers that charge based on usage, and these may also have a cost for us to maintain the integration. Instead of charging a higher monthly fee, we believe a user pays system is fairer where users pay for what, and the amount, they use.
Why do other platforms charge just a single fee? If they do, they typically charge by number of contacts without taking into consideration high and low level users… that means low level users are subsidising high level users.
