The idea of providing all of our demo’s is to get an idea of how your website could look – you just need to imagine how they would look with your own brand style. You can look through all of our demo’s or we can shortlist 5 for you to pay special attention to.

It really is easy. Complete the form on this page and we will have a quick call to answer any questions you may have and then we will invoice the setup fee. Next we will have you complete some basic details about your business followed by a 30 minute call to ask you a series of questions we will use to help us write custom content for your website (if we are doing your content).

Then leave the rest to us and we will just get your feedback and sign-off before making your website live. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for completion depending on our workload.

Yes, depending on your website setup we can confirm that price for you. There is an ongoing subscription of $59 plus GST per month for basic access to FocalContact including the hosting of your website, access to the site builder (edit and add extra pages as you wish), blogging, and form builder, and sending of email notifications for form submissions on your website.

There may be some similarity in the styling of individual elements, but by the time we update the logo, colours and fonts to match your brand, and then add your content and images, you will have a completely unique website.

Also, if the concern is that someone may see similarities, what is the chance that the same person will be visiting your website and one of your competitors, then that your competitor is a client of ours, then that they chose the same starter style out of all of our options.

With our website refresh option, you’ll never have to pay for a full website again. Just keep an active subscription for “Website Only With Refresh” or “Website + Changes” and we will do a website refresh every 2 years for no extra charge.

A website refresh can be a tidy up of your existing website style, or changing over to one of our other styles.

After a website refresh, it is a requirement to continue on at least the full “Website Only” subscription for at least 12 months.

You can use the FocalContact page builder yourself, or for simple edits that can be done in 20 minutes we can do it as part of the “Website + Changes” subscription. If creating extra pages yourself, the simplest way is to clone existing pages and sections, and then edit them.

You can engage us on a casual basis, or choose the “Website + Changes” subscription for unlimited 20 minute changes.

Need extra assistance with marketing, setting up marketing automations, etc. then let us know and we can give you a quote for services.

If you choose the subscription with this option, all you have to do is let us know what you want changed, and if it is less than 20 minutes we can do it for you. This might be changes to text and images on a page, adding a blog post.

This does not include design or finding images for you. For tasks that are going to take longer than 20 minutes, we can provide an estimate for how long it may take and the associated cost.

We will add a commenting function to your website on a staging URL when it is ready for you to review so you can add comments directly on the website. Once it has your okay, we will make the website live on your domain URL.

A good portion of the extra $100 per month for blogging, and $300 per month for blogging and social media is for the time to post to your website and accounts.

We are able to make the actual content cost cheaper because you are essentially crowdsourcing your content. So we are posting the same blogs to multiple client websites, and for social media we are creating content and then adjusting the colours to match individual brands.

The logic here is that you have content that keeps your website and social media accounts active for when people are checking you out, but it is unlikely that any one individual will be looking at the blog and social media of multiple accountants.
