1. Based on your choice we know what people want, and therefore which of our starter sites to prioritise converting from WordPress to FocalContact’s page builder.
2. Your pre-payment for the year helps to pay for our time converting the starter sites.

We’ll be converting the pages from our WordPress demo so you will have access to any of the sections we convert, and for you in particular we will build out up to 5 pages (e.g. Home, About, Services, Single Service, Contact) to suit your brand and content.

We will be asking for content, images and any other media you want to include, or input on the images to be used from our image stock libraries. If you need content guidance we can work with you to wireframe out your content with sample heading guides for $500 plus GST, and provide copywriting services if required.

When you need to create extra pages you can engage us to do it for you, or use the page builder yourself utilising the saved pages and page section templates.

1. Once you have chosen the style you like, we will confirm your logo, brand colours and images you have available to use.
2. If you don’t have content or it needs rethinking, we will give you a guide for your content so you can write it yourself, or if you like we can quote you for copywriting.
3. We will proceed to converting our WordPress demo to a FocalContact website template while content is being written.
4. Once we have the template ready we will customise it to your brand and content.
5. We’ll point your domain to the website, and your website is live!

Concurrently, we will get you set up on FocalContact so you can start using it as the centre of your marketing and sales operations, and if required work with you to link it to your existing practice management software.

1. You can embed widgets (e.g. appointment booking widget) from your practice management software.
2.  Using appointment bookings as an example, you can use the FocalContact booking widget which can sync with Google Calendar, which can populate into your practice management software if it syncs with Google Calendar.
3. We can use an existing API integration, or set up an API integration.

Anything new does have a learning curve, but we’ll also throw in a free setup for you including:
